Proyecto Experiencia Arte -in its Digital Library Editions- introduces the reader its collection of separates (reprints) with articles, fragments of articles, essays and other modalities of knowledge transfer, and downloadable books in digital or electronic format (eBook) with specific content on topics of history, art, culture, architecture, urban planning, geology and cultural anthropology of the Táchira State (Western Venezuelan Andes). All selected from the wide range of academic and research works that are available, as a repository, in this Edublog. Four collections entitled: Separata, Ex Libris, Fragmenta & Terra Nostra (Latter for shared works by authors and themes from Táchira State) are articulated to put in the hands of readers rigorous, articles and analyses that seek to confront all superficiality in knowledge and misinformation, two of the great evils of present time. The Collections are inspired by the power of the free word -as a matter of liberty- as the wise Jesuit José del Rey Fajardo defined it in his discourse of incorporation into the Academia Venezolana de la Lengua (Venezuelan Academy of Language, correspondent of the Royal Spanish Academy) when he was referring to his predecesor, in the Seat A, the Academic Numerary and eminent Tachiran thinker Dr. Ramón J. Velásquez: "He is, above all, a cultivator of the free word, and therefore he is aware of the power of the verb as a virtuous vehicle to capture reality and analyze it to disseminate it with the inspiration of language, and with the strength of the concept. In his mind there was always the danger of generations arising for whom there are no things, there are no people, there are no borders, there is no knowledge, there are no beliefs, there are no reasons to live or die. Great mysteries perish, just as languages and grammars die." Thus, from these considerations, all the texts of the Proyecto Experiencia Arte Digital Library -as instruments of useful reflection- will facilitate the task of knowing in its senses or aspects of knowing what (who seeks the truth in what is said or known); knowing how (who seeks to know or understand how what is known is done or structured) and know for knowing (who only seeks to become familiar with a subject or come into contact with something, with new knowledge). Finally, from its nature, a kind of 'Vademecum of Memory', Proyecto Experiencia Arte has as its horizon sharing and dissemination of knowledge. There is not another reason for this. Our thoughts follow the track of Marthe Arnould, when she said: "We are going to look for the keys to the beautiful paths... Beyond appearances, let us go and seek the truth, the joy, the hidden and sacred meaning of all that is upon this enchanting earth... It is the way of becoming." Samir A .
